How the Campaign Works

The Digital Engagement Campaign program focuses on two key strategies:

1. Attendance Education: Automated SMS and email nudges are sent to families of students who are at-risk of becoming chronically absent based on attendance data trends. For K-3 students, where attendance education is critical, nudges and newsletters start after as few as two absences. Our personalized digital school-home communications provide grade-specific guidance and educate families on the importance of regular attendance—before students are chronically absent.
2. Celebration of Success: We don’t just address challenges—we celebrate achievements! Families of students who have shown an improvement in their attendance and students who have maintained an exceptional attendance rate receive positive messages, reinforcing the value of consistent school attendance.
