This Additional Notice to the Privacy Notice applies to residents of Connecticut only. Connecticut law requires businesses that determine the purpose and means of processing personal data to make certain disclosures and offer data rights. Accordingly, SchoolStatus offers the disclosures below to Visitors to its General Website. (Note that we think capitalized terms not defined here will have the meanings you likely expect, but you can confirm our precise definitions in our SchoolStatus Privacy Notice.) These disclosures and rights may not apply where SchoolStatus is processing data on behalf of its school customers (in particular, for Educators, Parents, and Students) or for individuals who act as an employee of a school (in the case of School Account Managers). Such users should contact their school directly to exercise any rights which they may have.
