NYC TeachBoost administrators: this Insight is just for you!
The Advance Tracking Insight lets you know the sync status of every TeachBoost observation form:
- Keep track of which teacher observations have, and have not(!) been synced to Advance
- Review in-progress and scheduled observations
- Ensure you’re meeting compliance standards
Find the Advance Tracking report through the Insight Button located on your School tab.
Then press the new “Advance Tracking Report” Insight button:
An easy-to read-table details every form started in TeachBoost.
Sort observations using the far-right column, labeled “Synced.”
By selecting “Yes,” the table will display all observation that have been synced from TeachBoost to Advance. More importantly, by selecting “No,” you’ll see a list of observation forms that have yet to be synced.
Pro Tip! Remember, only completed observations can be synced to Advance. We recommend first changing the status column to either Scheduled, In Progress, or Complete (depending on what you’d like to view) before sorting the last column.
