This week TeachBoost moderated a compelling and entertaining panel for our instructional leadership webinar series. In “Capturing Magic: Great Leadership Is…”, Max Silverman of the Center for Educational Leadership and Jen Davis Wickens of Summit Public Schools share their thoughts around the leadership qualities that drive outstanding schools. These experts have tackled this topic in the past, and while they share many of the same views, they don’t always agree.
What was particularly exciting about this session was that our panelists sought feedback from webinar participants, making sure everyone was involved in the healthy debate.
