This Maryland Privacy Notice applies to Maryland residents whose personal information SchoolStatus processes subject to Maryland law. Maryland law requires businesses that determine the purpose and means of processing personal data (“Controllers”) to make certain disclosures and offer data rights. SchoolStatus provides products and solutions that support teachers, educators, coaches, counselors, and administrators at schools (our “Services”).
When account contacts or administrators (collectively, “Contacts”) are designated or otherwise set up to help manage the delivery of our Services, we may be Controllers of personal data related to Contacts.
