SchoolStatus Privacy Notice for Maryland Residents

This Maryland Privacy Notice applies to Maryland residents whose personal information SchoolStatus processes subject to Maryland law. Maryland law requires businesses that determine the purpose and means of processing personal data (“Controllers”) to make certain disclosures and offer data rights. SchoolStatus provides products and solutions that support teachers, educators, coaches, counselors, and administrators at schools (our “Services”). 

When account contacts or administrators (collectively, “Contacts”) are designated or otherwise set up to help manage the delivery of our Services, we may be Controllers of personal data related to Contacts. This notice is addressed to Contacts, to customer prospects whose data we may collect online, through in-person events, through social media, or from other third parties (“Prospects”), and to visitors (“Visitors”) to our website at https://www.schoolstatus.com and to other websites we control and on which this notice appears (collectively, our “Website”). In particular, this notice is addressed to Contacts, Prospects, and Visitors that are Maryland residents.

These disclosures and rights may not apply where SchoolStatus is not processing your personal data or where SchoolStatus is processing data on behalf of its clients, such as schools.
