• Do everyday instructional practices align with this vision?
• Does your coaching program align and support your instructional vision and priorities?

2) Access 

• Do you have easy access to data and reports that show how instructional coaching aligns with your district’s strategic and professional development priorities?
• Do you have access to the stories underlying the data that shows the specific bright spots and growth areas of your coaching program?
• Do you have a plan for how to analyze and reflect upon coaching work across the year?

3) Tracking 

• Do you have a process for collecting coaching activities?
• Are your coaches still using pen and paper or Google spreadsheets to do this work?
• Do you have the ability to track coaching activity data across departments, schools, grade levels, and the overall district?

4) Implementation

• Is your leadership team applying findings from coaching data to continuously improve your coaching program?
• Do your coaches meet regularly to strategize ways to apply data and best practices to grow or improve your coaching program?
• Has your coaching program realized its full potential to impact teacher and student growth?
